Providing basic life-line services like Primary Healthcare, Health Communication, Disaster information, Basic Literacy. Emergency Services should be made absolutely free. ZMQ’s ‘Mobile for All’ initiate is to promote that no mobile phone should ever be disconnected for these essential Lifeline Services even if they have don’t have a single paise in their account. We have started an initiative called ‘Mobile for All’, a campaign for ‘Universal Right to Connectivity’.
