Evaluation phase helps is evaluating the effectiveness of the program and its tools, and provide possible recommendations to improve the solution to fit best for the community and the needs of the program. Regular baseline, midline and end-line assessment is done at regular intervals to appraise the progress of the technological tools and services to make strategic decisions for improving the tool and implementation technique. This phase also comprises of two aspects of evaluation – formative and summative where Formative evaluationĀ is present in each stage of the lifecycle, while summative evaluation is conducted on finished instructional programs or products.
