MIRA is deployed through Front-line Health Workers based on regular home-visits for Antenatal & Postnatal care. Solution will provide TB related services like screening, referral & adherence among women, children and adolescent girls.

The district has lowest health, literacy and economic indicators, especially among their women. Women literacy in Mewat district is mere 34% as compared to men which is 67%, its TB case reporting among women is mere 31% to 69% among men. The treatment completion rates are 16% lower among women than in men.
In 297 villages in Punhaina Block of District Mewat in Haryana, ZMQ MIRA workers will be implementing the proposed solution.
